Margaret was born and raised in Rhinebeck, and a local graduate. 

Margaret has had very little professional artistic training. Relying mainly on trail & error & an instinct to create.

In 2015 Margaret built a tiny house that was featured on HGTV’s Tiny House Big Living.

In 2025 Margaret turned her tiny house into a tiny ceramic store that is now open to the public Tuesday – Friday noon – 7pm (summer hours) 

In 2024 Margaret was diagnosed with breast cancer. This life altering situation projected Margaret’s desire to create even more – realizing just how short & fragile life truly is. 

Margaret specializes in ceramics but also works with wood, & painting on canvas & mirrors.
