Artist Statement

Having shown in the Hamptons, Manhattan and Hudson River Valley, my highly energetic, impressionistic and vibrant use of color slash across huge canvases based on abstractions in nature. My free, highly gestural style is inspired by my extensive travels throughout the world. Highly emotional richly colored work acts as a catharsis for my creative nature.

Artist Bio

Trevor Hunter is a well-known figure in the arts community. Having painted since childhood Trevor has a passion for art! Trevor has had too many shows to list in places ranging from the Sandisfield Art Center in Massachusetts (where he had a Museum Solo Show) to Greece, Manhattan, the Hamptons and, of course, all across the Hudson Valley. Trevor’s work is in many private collections across the US, Canada, Greece, Italy, China and Japan.
